Karman Space and Defense seeks a Warehouse Assistant to keep materials, hardware, and equipment moving through our Mukilteo facilities. You’ll work closely with Receiving, Quality, Engineering and Shipping to support accurate inventory handling and timely distribution.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience (Epicor) is a plus. This full-time role is on-site in Mukilteo, WA, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the accurate routing and distribution of incoming materials, hardware, and equipment to designated departments.
• Expedite materials through Receiving and Receiving Inspection to support priorities.
• Issue materials from inventory to jobs and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Distribute hardware and equipment to engineering teams while tracking issued/returned items.
• Receive, unpack, organize, and store incoming hardware and equipment.
• Inspect and count materials to identify damage or discrepancies and report findings.
• Transport materials and packages between Receiving, Receiving Inspection, and other departments as needed.
• Support Shipping and Receiving activities, including packaging shipments and unloading deliveries.

ThisroleispartofourTacticalMissilesandIntegratedDefenseSystemsbusiness,whichdesignsanddevelopsintegratedmissileanddefensesystemsthatsupportcriticalmissionsacrossair,land,andsea.Wecombinecomprehensiveanalysis,engineering,andprogramexecutioncapabilitiestodelivermission-tailoredsolutionsthatreduceleadtimes,lowercosts,andsimplifycomplexmulti-vendorsupplychains. Backedbydecadesofflight-provenandfieldedperformance,wedesignandbuildmission-criticaltechnologiesincludinglaunchsystems,propulsion,payloadintegrationsolutions,UAVcomponents,missilesubsystems,andSafe&Armsystems.

AsaWarehouseAssistant,youwillhelpkeepmaterials,hardware,andequipmentmovingefficientlythroughourengineeringandmanufacturingoperations.WorkingcloselywithReceiving,Quality,Engineering,andShippingteams,youwillsupportaccurateinventoryhandling, timlymaterialdistribution,anddependablewarehouseoperations.Yourattentiontodetail,organization,andabilitytorespondtochangingprioritieswillhelpensureteamshavetheresourcestheyneedtomaintainproductiveworkflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinatestheaccurateroutinganddistributionofincomingmaterials,hardware,andequipmenttodesignateddepartments.
• ExpeditesmaterialsthroughReceivingandReceivingInspectiontosupportoperationalpriorities.
• Issuesmaterialsfrominventorytoassignedjobsandmaintainsaccuratetransactionrecords.
• Distributeshardwareandequipmenttoengineeringteamswhiletrackingissuedandreturneditems.
• Receives,unpacks,organizes,andstoresincominghardwareandequipmentindesignatedlocations.
• Inspectsandcountsmaterials,hardware,andequipmenttoidentifydamage,wear,ordiscrepanciesandreportsfindingstotheWarehouseSupervisor.
• TransportsmaterialsandpackagesbetweenReceiving,ReceivingInspection,andotherdepartmentsasneeded.
• SupportsShippingandReceivingactivities,includingpackagingshipmentsandunloadingdeliveries.

Required Qualifications

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
• Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementskillswiththeabilitytomanagechangingprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.
• Effectiveverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
• ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeapplications,includingWord,Excel,andPowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate'sdegreeorhigher.
• Twoormoreyearsofexperienceinafast-pacedmanufacturingorwarehouseenvironment.
• ExperienceusingEnterpriseResourcePlanning(ERP)systems,preferablyEpicor.
