Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities including asset storage and data integrity in the inventory system.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors to manage weekly move activities and asset disposal programs.
• Conduct periodic inspections and coordinate delivery/removal of lab and moveable assets.
• Perform cycle counts and monthly inventory checks of moveable assets and emergency supplies.
• Catalog and tag moveable assets in space management systems.
• Support Facilities in storage and removal of items and assets; participate in client events and logistics.
