Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Spring, TX. You will support warehouse and logistics operations, receiving, processing and distributing shipments while maintaining precise inventory records and safety compliance.

The role offers a daytime schedule, with duties spanning inbound and outbound activities, temperature-controlled shipments, and collaboration with freight suppliers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with professional interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear information delivery.
• High accuracy and attention to detail handling sensitive equipment and shipments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, process, and distribute all incoming packages and pallets with accurate records.
• Prepare outbound shipments including label creation and bill of lading entry.
• Manage temperature-sensitive and time-critical shipments with proper handling.
• Maintain organized pallet inventories for mail, shipping and receiving operations.
• Coordinate courier packages from preparation to delivery confirmation and resolve issues.
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
