Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists in Wichita, KS seeks a Warehouse Forklift Operator to safely move products, load/unload trailers, and manage inventory with RF scanners and WMS. This full-time role requires 1+ year forklift experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to meet daily productivity targets.

Responsibilities include pallet handling, shipping/receiving support, and accurate inventory transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience operating Stand-Up Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, Dock Stocker, Order Picker, or Electric Pallet Jack.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime when required.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move products throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Transport materials to storage locations, staging areas, and shipping docks
• Stack, store, and retrieve pallets while maintaining product integrity
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners
• Verify product quantities and locations for accuracy
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and replenishment activities
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards
