Job summary

KeyStaff, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assembler in San Antonio, TX to assemble components per instructions and maintain quality standards. You will inspect parts, package materials, and keep accurate production records, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers a daytime schedule, potential cross-training, and opportunities to contribute across production areas. Prior assembly or electro-mechanical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Electro-mechanical skills preferred.
• Experience with hand and small power tools preferred.
• Previous assembly or related production experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assembles components within established time standards per Work Instructions.
• Inspects parts to ensure quality standards.
• Packages and transports materials.
• Cross-trains in other areas of the production floor.
• Performs simple calculations and maintains documentation.
• Cleans and maintains work area and assists in training new employees.
