Job summary

EnerStaff LLC is seeking a Temporary Assembly Associate in Spring, TX to support our Warehouse Department. This role offers an immediate start and a potential temp-to-hire path based on business needs.

You will follow blueprints or diagrams to assemble items using hand and power tools, perform quality checks, and handle packaging, labeling, and pallet preparation for shipping. PPE is provided; background and drug screen are required.

• Inspect finished pieces for defects, damage, or missing parts to meet safety and quality standards.
• Wrap, box, and label completed goods, then prepare them on pallets for shipping.
• Gather raw parts, unbox incoming components, and keep the work area clean and organized.

Temporary Assembly Associate

Location:Spring, TX

Pay:$16.00/ hour

Shift:8am-4:30pm M-F

Start:ASAP

We are seeking one temporary employee for our Warehouse Department in the role of Assembly Associate. This role has potential to become temp-to-hire based on need.

Building Products:Follows blueprints, diagrams, or instructions to assemble items like furniture, electronics, or equipment using hand and power tools.

Quality Checks:Inspects finished pieces for defects, damage, or missing parts to meet safety and quality standards.

Packaging and Labeling:Wraps, boxes, and labels completed goods, then prepares them on pallets for shipping.

Material Handling:Gathers raw parts, unboxes incoming components, and keeps the work area clean and organized.

PPE requirements include:

• Steel-toe shoes/boots
• Safety glasses will be provided by the facility.
• Hearing protection will be provided by the facility.
