Location: Monroe, OH Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Schedule: 6am- 3pm

Job Duties
  • scanning/prepping devices such as electronic tablets, scan them into the system - apply the rubber bumpers to protect them and load them onto the conveyor/machine.
  • Inspecting the devices, packaging accessories, building boxes, labeling.
  • Read work orders and follow production drawings or sample assemblies.
  • Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices.
  • Attach hardware (e.g., caps, clamps, knobs, switches).
  • Perform intermediate assembly tasks-potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, color-coding components.
  • Tend machinery that presses, shapes, or winds component parts.
  • Conduct online go/no-go testing and inspections to verify quality.
  • Set up workstations with proper documents and components.
  • Handle polarized/non-polarized component placement; trim or adjust materials for electrical/dimensional accuracy.
  • Assist with repairs and routine preventative maintenance on production machinery.
  • Communicate process issues with peers, leads, or engineers.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Assembler.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
