Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Assembler in East Windsor, CT for a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:30 pm–1:00 am). You will assemble wired power cord sets for industrial and commercial applications and inspect finished work to ensure quality and safety.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and may have prior assembly or production training. The position offers competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Location: East Windsor, CT

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday - 4:30pn to 1am

Job Duties

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
• Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Assembler.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but not required

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
