Now hiring for a Warehouse Assembler Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM until production is complete Must be flexible to work weekends and 8-12-hour shifts as needed.

Job Duties

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
• Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Assembler.
• Sewing experience is preferred for this role

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and work in a production environment.
