Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager for a full-time, on-site role within one of its fulfillment centers or operations buildings in Colorado. You will lead a team of 50-100 hourly associates, mentor them, and ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met.

The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, strong communication, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or soon to be completed.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated with a relevant degree (Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 50-100 hourly associates.
• Mentor and develop team to meet safety, quality, attendance and performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations in a warehouse environment and adapt to shift needs (nights, weekends, holidays).
