Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring for an Area Manager in Colorado. This full-time, entry-level leadership role is based in one of our fulfillment centers, sort centers, or delivery stations across the Operations network.

You will lead a team of hourly Associates, mentor them, and drive safety, quality, attendance and performance on the production floor. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree and offers extensive training to develop people leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently in an autonomous warehouse environment.
• Ensure safety, quality, attendance and performance targets are met.
• Oversee operations and adapt to shift patterns including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
