OnTrac is hiring an Area Manager!

Location: 2 Commerce Dr South, Harriman, NY, 10962

Pay: $60,400 - $88,000 depending on experience.

Shift: 2 openings, Sunday - Thursday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM OR 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Responsibilities:

• Manage all sort activities and volume within an assigned area.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

• GED/Diploma required; BA/BS preferred
• At least 2 years of industry experience and 1 year of leadership
• Data evaluation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and math skills
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole highly desired

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, staff, and schedule a team to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Conduct meetings to inform and motivate staff.
• Manage flow of volume and administrative duties.
