Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards.
Serve as the line lead, supervising work flow and processes.
Provide hands-on training for new and returning associates on ticket processing and related tasks.
Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Process orders, verify prices and availability, and ship products to customers.
Proficient with relevant computer applications and software for the role.
Foster teamwork and continuous improvement across the department.
