Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Serve as the line lead, assist with supervising the flow of the work and process.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and propose and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide hands-on training for new and returning associates on ticket processing.
• Track inventory levels of products and reorder supplies as needed.
• Process orders, verify prices and availability of products with vendors, and ship products to customers.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as required
