Impact & Responsibilities

As part of our receiving team, your work directly supports our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. The Warehouse Lead will empower Receiving Technicians, improve safety, quality, delivery, and costs, and possess warehouse and OSHA knowledge, along with forklift certification.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma and at least 5 years of warehouse/inventory experience; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote company vision, leadership, and process improvements.
  • Conduct weekly Gemba processes in receiving.
  • Ensure proper storage, organization, and staging of materials.
  • Manage CAPAs, QR’s, EC’s, AI’s in Track-Wise.
  • Optimize throughput and efficiencies, practice lean methodologies.
  • Maintain quality standards in all receiving and staging processes.
  • Ensure GMP compliance and proper storage of rejected and sample materials.
  • Lead and direct warehouse staff in stock returns, re-warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Support cold chain processes and ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and adjustments.
  • Maintain 5S standards, conduct safety inspections, and report incidents.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and prioritize tasks.
  • Train new hires and revise SOPs as needed.
  • Review discrepancies and support quality documentation.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong math skills, warehouse procedures knowledge, and leadership ability.
  • Reliable transportation and forklift certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and follow GMP SOPs.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing, bending, reaching, walking, talking.
  • Lifting up to 45 lbs. occasionally, 20 lbs. regularly.
  • Exposure to cold temperatures and atmospheric conditions, possibly requiring PAPR.
