Description

Role Summary

Join the LINQ team as a warehouse and provisioning specialist! In this role, you will directly support our mobile clients. You'll provide customized solutions to clients including provisioning and recycling devices, kitting new mobile devices with appropriate accessories, inventory management and responding to Client requests.

Compensation

This is a full time, non-exempt hourly position with a hiring rate of pay of $18.27-20.19/hr. In addition, the role may be eligible for pre-approved overtime and/or incentive or bonus pay at company's discretion.

As our Warehouse and Provisioning Specialist, you will:

· Manage clients’ mobile devices including kitting accessories, inventory management, provisioning, and recycling per client specifications in a timely manner

· Ensure that each outgoing package is photographed and documented appropriately.

· Track and manage inventory of parts, equipment, and tools used for provisioning.

· Track used supplies and order progress, and maintain accurate records of provisioning activities.

· Effectively communicate with clients to ensure that they have a positive experience.

· Maintain the request Queue and your individual KPIs and metrics.

· Incident Management; resolve client issues in collaboration with client services and technical teams, and assist with updating procedures accordingly.

· Collaborate with cross-functional support groups on requests and projects, for both Internal IT and external Clients.

· Effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors and clients regarding order status, issues and updates.

· Communicate status updates on long-term projects and exercise consistent follow up.

· Act as a proactive voice to inform leadership of observed internal IT or client procedural issues.

· Opportunities to learn Mobile Device Management solutions to better support clients.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Applicants not meeting these requirements will not be considered):

· High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.

· Knowledge of mobile devices and device set-ups

· Amazing, top of the line, customer service skills with a focus on resolution and follow through.

· Team player mentality, able to work with all people.

· Desire to learn and willingness to always help.

· Reliably perform job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects to meet deadlines.

· Skilled at developing positive relationships and rapport with all clients and LINQ team members.

· Ability to think analytically to identify trends and take appropriate actions.

· Demonstrated detail orientation, organizational, prioritization and time management skills; experience building daily/weekly structure in schedule.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and performance requirements.

· Experience with CRM software or Salesforce a plus.

· Advanced computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability and willingness to work in our Baltimore, Maryland-based headquarters office Monday through Friday.

· Ability to successfully pass a criminal history background check

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent experience.

· Strong technical aptitude, especially with mobile devices preferred. This role, however, is not a highly technical (system administrator) role.
