Rheem Manufacturing Company in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Delivery Driver starting at 8:00 AM. You will pull product for customer orders and serve as a delivery driver when needed, along with preparing shipments and loading trucks with safety as a priority.

You will operate power equipment (including a forklift), trained on warehouse machinery, and assist route drivers as required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record per company policy.
• Must be able to obtain or currently have a Fed Medical card.
• High attention to detail and strong math skills to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift without assistance (weight varies based on product).
• Ability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
• Work on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of time.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

• Assist customers and/or drivers in loading materials into vehicles and trucks
• Perform housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
