Job summary

Bradshaw Home is seeking a Warehouse Reporting Specialist to collect, analyze, and distribute critical operational metrics across facilities. You will bridge warehouse activities with leadership through clear reporting, dashboards, and scorecards.

Key tasks include daily/weekly/monthly reporting, capacity audits, and executive slide decks. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and WMS familiarity are essential. Eligible benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in warehouse ops, inventory, or logistics reporting.
• Presentation: Create executive slides and visual reporting in PowerPoint.
• WMS: Familiar with Manhattan, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP EWM, HighJump, Oracle WMS.
• BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, or SQL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compile, generate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor capacity, pallet balances, CHEP stock and audits.
• Create weekly executive scorecards and decks for leadership.
• Maintain dashboards and real-time status updates with Excel.
• Proficient use of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting.
