Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to provide operational support at a branch location. You’ll run reports, maintain customer data, and help keep the site compliant while supporting daily logistics tasks.

The role builds experience in inventory procedures, returns processing, and credit memo handling, with opportunities for training and career growth within a global distribution and supply chain leader.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service and internal sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory procedures.
• Review return authorization and credit memo forms pending return of material.
• Inspect condition of return material and placement of returns pending final disposition.
• Check inventory items and ensure they are consistent with Wesco Standards.
• Run credit memos when appropriate.
