Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Columbus area (Groveport) is seeking an Account Specialist for an established 3PL. You will manage multiple administrative tasks at a new location, including data entry, BOL processing, invoicing, billing, and inventory control support.

The role requires 2 years of warehousing/logistics admin experience, strong Excel/10-key skills, and familiarity with WMS systems. First shift options are 7:00a-3:30p or 8:00a-4:30p, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Transportation or similar.
• Strong computer skills to include Excel, 10 key, experience with any WMS system(s).

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative functions at a new location in Groveport/Columbus area.

Contract to Hire opening for an Account Specialist with established and growing 3PL in Groveport!

The Account Specialist will be responsible for all administrative functions at a new location. This will be fast paced with multiple duties to include: communication (phone, email, in person), data entry, processing Bills of Lading (BOL), invoices, pick sheets and similar, preparing and processing billing, assisting with inventory control and cycle counting and other duties as assigned.

This will be a first shift role either 7:00a-3:30pm or 8:00a-4:30pm Mon-Fri. The pay rate will be $20.00/hr.

To be successful at this role, the Account Specialist will have:
