Ruger Firearms is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help keep materials moving in a fast-paced facility. You will receive, store, and stage items, pick and ship finished goods, and assist with light assembly as needed.

The role requires comfort with Oracle software and a basic ability to lift heavy items. Training for equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts is provided, with opportunities for profit sharing and strong team collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Prior warehouse experience is great-but motivation and the right attitude go even further
• Comfort working with computers, especially Oracle and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and reliable data entry skills

• A self-starter mindset, good listening skills, and a passion for continuous improvement
• Must be able to lift 50lbs. at a height of approximately 48" at various times throughout each shift

Physical Expectations

This is an active, hands-on role. You'll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and working with your hands throughout the shift. You must be able to lift 50lbs to a height of about 48" multiple times during the day. You'll be standing; walking; using hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reaching with hands and arms. This role is performed standing all day. You'll do a significant amount of walking, bending, lifting, grasping and applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palms.

Basic Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
