Job summary

Ruger Firearms is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help keep materials and products moving through our Prescott, AZ facility. You will receive, organize, and stage items, then assist with shipping finished goods and occasional light assembly.

Training on equipment and Oracle shipping software is provided to support a quick ramp-up. You’ll join a team that values reliability, accuracy, and teamwork, with shifts offered and differential pay for off shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and placement of materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, stage, and ship finished goods with precision
• Support production with light assembly when needed
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, aerial lifts, forklifts, and more
• Enter and manage transactions using Oracle shipping software
• Show up every day demonstrating Ruger’s Expected Behaviors
