Job summary

Bergey's Truck Center in Trenton, NJ is seeking a warehouse associate to assist in shipping, receiving, unloading/loading trucks, and stocking essentials. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork as you manage inventory and parts for drivers.

No prior experience required; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be at least 21, and pass background/drug screenings. Pay is $18.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage parts for drivers.
• Unload product from shipping containers.
• Put stock away in correct locations.
• Ensure stock is labeled correctly.
• Handle product carefully to avoid damage.
• Maintain inventory levels with accurate cycle counts.
• Be detail oriented to ensure correct parts for customers.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked; follow safety procedures.

Summary

Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment.

Location: Bergey's Truck Center, Trenton, NJ

Pay: $18.00 per hour based on experience

Essential Duties

• Pull and stage parts for drivers.
• Unload product from shipping containers.
• Put stock away in correct locations.
• Ensure that stock is labeled correctly.
• Handle product carefully to ensure it is not damaged.
• Maintain inventory levels by providing accurate cycle counts.
• Detailed oriented, always ensuring the right part for the right customer.
• Communicate well with management and team members.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Education And/or Experience

• No prior experience or training;

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consecutively throughout the day
• Must be 21 years of age
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
