Job summary

Iron Oak Apparel is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and contribute to a clean, efficient warehouse.

Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Flexible to overtime and weekend work is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Our Warehouse Associates play an essential role in keeping our growing apparel brand running smoothly. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. All while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing quality work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented operation. Key responsibilities include:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming apparel and merchandise.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure orders are properly labeled and packaged.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Organize warehouse inventory to maximize efficiency and ensure products are easy to locate.
• Restock inventory and transfer merchandise between warehouse, retail, and other company locations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and product quality inspections as needed.
• Follow established procedures for inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.
• Support the warehouse team with special projects and other operational needs as the business continues to grow.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• A dependable, hardworking, team-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime when necessary.
• Ability to follow processes and safely handle merchandise and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and move packages and merchandise weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or apparel industry experience preferred.
