What You’ll Do

Our Retail Sales Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding products that meet their needs, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role plays a key part in introducing customers to the Iron Oak brand and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Develop product knowledge, including product care, to assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their needs and preferences.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock shelves as needed.
• Basic housekeeping to keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean and organized.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay informed about current promotions, store policies, and product information.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Support loss prevention and inventory control procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution experience.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work 15 to 30 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible but these hours will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while helping customers, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
