Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse associate in New London, Wisconsin, for 1st and 2nd shifts. The role requires lifting 50+ lbs, standing up to 8 hours, and operating scanning equipment to track products.

You will ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA and other standards, coordinate with Customer Service for pickups, arrange pallets, prepare shipments, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Prior food or dairy manufacturing experience and forklift familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with GMP, OSHA, FDA, SQF, USDA and other standards.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to manage paperwork for pickups (BOLs, manifests, pick tickets).
• Coordinate pallet stacking and shipment preparation for scheduled departures.
• Operate forklift and scanning equipment to track products and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace and promote a positive work environment.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ lbs. and standing up to 8 hours per shift.

IQ Resource Group has a Warehouse position in New London, WI.

Location:

New London, WI

Wage:

• 1st shift: $20/hr
• 2nd shift: $22/hr (any hours after 6pm)

Work Hours:

• 1st shift: 6:30am to 3pm or done
• 2nd shift: 1pm-9pm or done

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations comply with applicable regulatory standards, including Human Resources, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA, FDA, Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Safe Quality Food (SQF), and USDA requirements.
• Foster a high-performance, team-oriented work environment that promotes continuous improvement, innovation, teamwork, safety, and positive workplace behaviors.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge to maintain efficient, high-functioning production that supports organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the company Customer Service Specialist to manage all necessary paperwork for pickups, including scanning BOLs, manifests, and pick tickets.
• Communicate and document any product returns in coordination with the Customer Service Specialist.
• Stack and organize previous day’s production runs according to specified pallet patterns.
• Prepare and arrange pallets in the shipping bay to align with scheduled departures, ensuring all shipments are loaded accurately and matched to purchase orders.
• Safely rack hot finished products into the blast cooler while maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with GMP standards.
• Operate scanning equipment correctly to track products and documentation.
• Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and positive work environment for all employees.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ lbs. repeatedly and standing for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and shipping operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Prior experience in food or dairy manufacturing is preferred.
