Job summary

Comfort Land Heating & Air is growing and seeks a motivated Warehouse Specialist who thrives on organization and supporting technicians. This role offers a path into purchasing, inventory management, operations, and leadership, with opportunities to take on more responsibility.

You’ll handle receiving, stocking, picking, and delivering parts for HVAC and plumbing jobs, while learning the business from the ground up and contributing to continuous warehouse improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or distribution experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• HVAC or plumbing parts knowledge.
• Purchasing or inventory experience.
• Experience working with contractors or service companies.
• Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
• Experience with inventory software or ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean work areas.
• Pick and stage materials for HVAC and plumbing technicians.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Deliver parts to technicians and job sites when needed.
• Assist with purchasing and placing material orders.
• Source materials from vendors and compare pricing.
• Help negotiate pricing with suppliers as you gain experience.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a safe work environment.
• Support leadership with special projects and warehouse improvements.
