Job summary

AEROSPACE ALLOYS INC in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our production logistics team. The role involves receiving and inspecting inventory, updating records, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, attention to detail, ability to lift 40 pounds, and a willingness to work overtime. Forklift certification is a plus; safety and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Capable of lifting 40 pounds frequently.
• Capable of working in a noisy environment.
• Capable of working extra hours.

• Effectively communicate with shop floor supervisor and production control manager
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (if certified)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with other tasks as needed
