Sandia Resort Administration is seeking a Wardrobe Clerk to support the uniform program for employees. You will assist with exchanging uniforms, inspecting items, and preparing soiled uniforms for laundry, while keeping accurate records and maintaining the coatroom and stock areas.

Demonstrated ability to read and write routine correspondence, type on a computer, and follow instructions is essential. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a willingness to pass background and drug

Position SummaryThe Wardrobe Clerk provides friendly service to all employees who pick up and drop off their uniforms.Our philosophy is built on the principles of integrity, fairness, collaboration, communication, and recognition for performance excellence. Meeting all performance standards leads to attracting and retaining a qualified workforce, provides opportunities for qualified team members, and contributes towards the ongoing success of the Pueblo of Sandia today and in the future.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssists employees with uniform exchange.Collects and inspects uniforms for any repair or replacement.Prepares soiled uniforms for laundry pick-up.Inspects and sorts all clean uniforms.Issues and collects aprons and accessories.Records sales of items on transaction slips, noting employee’s departmentas required.Completes loan slips for borrowed uniforms or accessories.Counts, tickets and hangs all stock for Company stores.Operates employee coatroom.Unpacks and hangs stock.Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo of Sandia.Additional ResponsibilitiesBuilds a professional relationship with all team members and work associates, while supporting a strong collaborative work environment.Performs additional duties as necessary.Key Performance IndicatorsThis position has Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identified as a measurement of success.
