Job summary

Casa Bonita Denver is hiring a Wardrobe Assistant to support the wardrobe team in maintaining, organizing, and managing costumes for a large entertainment cast. The role includes assisting in costume prep, cleaning, and ensuring presentation standards backstage.

Applicants should have theatre or costume design education or equivalent experience with strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience managing wardrobe for large casts (20+ performers) is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and manage costumes for a large entertainment cast.
• Follow established steps of service for efficient costume processes.
• Assist in preparing costumes, accessories, and footwear for performers.
• Perform basic alterations and sewing with minimal supervision.
• Log issues, missing items, or supply shortages and coordinate with Wardrobe Lead.
