Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Services Technology Consulting professional to design, implement, and support Charles River CRD/SaaS solutions for asset management clients in New York. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage CRD migrations, and ensure regulatory alignment and data integrity across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–5 years related work experience or graduate degree with 4 years related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services or advising a financial services company
• 5+ years hands-on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) experience
• Experience leading SaaS migrations from on-prem to cloud
• Strong communication, presentation and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple CRD implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end from requirements through deployment.
• Lead SaaS migration activities including environment readiness and data migration.
• Define the CRD roadmap and prioritize initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Drive CRD configuration, rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules.
• Design and validate CRD integrations with IBOR, data warehouses, and accounting systems.
• Ensure reliable data flows and performance across environments.
• Manage data management integrations (ADP/EDM) and reference data
• Coordinate system upgrades and migrations across DEV/UAT/PROD
• Establish data governance and quality control with CRD
• Use SQL and data analysis to validate data and provide insights
• Mentor a team of business analysts and provide technical guidance
• Lead cross-functional communication between front/middle/back-office teams
• Promote best practices in system configuration and delivery methodologies
• Stay current on CRD product enhancements and opportunities
