Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Services Technology Consulting Senior to lead the implementation and optimization of Charles River Development (CRD) in Wealth & Asset Management. The role requires hands-on CRD experience, strong SQL skills, and a background in asset management operations.

You will collaborate with portfolios, trading, compliance and operations, translate requirements into CRD configurations, and support cloud migrations and cross-functional design discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 3 years of hands-on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills for validating CRD data flows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on CRD functionality across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post-trade workflows used by asset managers.
• Partner with portfolio managers, traders, compliance and operations to gather and document requirements.
• Configure CRD components (workflows, rules, blotters, manager workbench).
• Translate requirements into CRD configurations, workflows and rules.
• Perform system analysis, data mapping, and testing for CRD integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
