Compensation Range: $60,000 - $120,000 per year.

This role has a base salary of $40,000 with an average first-year total compensation, including incentives, of $60,000+.

How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact?
  • Complete our Sales Training Program to prepare for walking customers through the vehicle buying process.
  • Maintain required unit averages and PVR/VSC metrics as specified by the store.
  • Greet all customers promptly and courteously.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process.
  • Use Walser CRM effectively to track customer interactions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits Walser offers.
  • Take customers on test drives and explain vehicle features.
  • Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
  • Follow up with customers after purchase.
  • Wear safety eyewear at all times in dealership service departments.
  • Wear hard-toed and slip-resistant shoes in dealership service areas.
  • Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values.
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.
We're Looking For:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Successfully complete the sales training program.
  • Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor (name tags, uniform, etc.).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
