Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined sales, account management, retail stores, and/or marketing experience with Walmart involvement.
• Apparel experience preferred (intimate/basics/seasonal a strong plus).
• Self-starter who takes initiative and drives issues to resolution.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Bentonville, AR full-time.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation for customer meetings, joint business plans, monthly business reviews, and modular resets.
• Own day-to-day merchant requests: sample coordination, pricing responses, item setup follow-through, and post-meeting recap and action tracking.
• Own intake and delivery of all marketing needs across Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Walmart Canada.
• Coordinate packaging prototype printing and route files to vendors and printers.
• Lead PDP enhancement assets and final look-and-feel decisions with sales, design and brand leadership.
• Manage Bazaarvoice campaigns, portal setup, and review-tracking; flag high-risk comments for escalation.
