Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. is seeking a Walmart Team Leader to lead strategy and execution for Walmart across Edgewell's Suncare and Skincare portfolios.

This senior role directs the Walmart Commercial team, partners with marketing, supply chain, finance, and shopper insights, and drives sales growth, profitability, and omnichannel expansion. The role requires strong leadership, deep Walmart knowledge, and a track record of managing large, cross-functional teams to deliver strategic

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, complex customer businesses, preferably Walmart or major national retailers.
• Extensive knowledge of Walmart's merchandising organization, omnichannel ecosystem, digital commerce, and customer planning processes.
• Deep understanding of shopper behavior, syndicated data, retail analytics, AI-enabled insights, and category management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Walmart Joint Business Plan aligned to Edgewell's strategic priorities and Walmart's growth agenda.
• Lead the Walmart Commercial team and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of customer plans.
• Identify growth opportunities across stores, Walmart.com, Marketplace, and omnichannel initiatives.
• Negotiate assortment, pricing, merchandising, and promotional programming with Walmart to drive profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships across Walmart leadership to deepen the partnership.
• Forecast and manage customer volume, revenue, inventory, and promotional activity in partnership with Demand Planning and Finance.
