L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) invites a Customer Development Manager for Walmart to lead strategic account actions, drive growth, and translate shopper insights into plans across omnichannel modalities.

You will leverage Walmart Data Ventures, Scintilla, and Retail Link to build data-backed growth strategies for CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, SkinCeuticals, and Skinbetter Science, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to win at shelf and online.

Qualifications

4-5+ years of relevant commercial, sales, or advanced analytical experience in CPG with Walmart account.
Proven mastery of Walmart Data Ventures, Scintilla, and Retail Link (DSS/IDW).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
Deep knowledge of retailer strategies, digital shelf dynamics, omnichannel retail levers, and competitor landscapes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Analyze growth levers for Walmart using shopper insights.
Own account management for smaller/growth categories and drive strategy.
Support Joint Business Planning and QBRs with data-backed proposals.
Extract first-party omnichannel data using Walmart Data Ventures Scintilla.
Create online vision for LDB brands aligning with AI optimization and rapid delivery.
Collaborate with e-retail and experience teams for O+O plans.
Deliver weekly performance commentary and sales dashboards.
Lead end-to-end Line Review preparation with cross-functional teams.
Drive category insights and weekly inventory reviews.
Ensure item setup and data integrity across retail systems.
