Job summary

Safe Delivery Guys in Houston is hiring Amazon Walker Delivery Associates for a walking delivery role. This position requires no driver’s license and involves delivering packages on foot using a cart, navigating sidewalks and stairs, and providing friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid state ID
• Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be capable of walking for extended periods while pushing or pulling a delivery cart
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to safety
• Must be able to work assigned shifts, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon packages on foot using a delivery cart
• Walk designated routes and deliver 200+ items per shift
• Handle packages from envelopes to 50 lb boxes
• Navigate sidewalks, apartment complexes, stairs, and other locations
• Use company smartphone and app to scan packages, follow routes, and communicate with dispatch
• Follow customer delivery instructions and provide friendly service
• Follow safety procedures outdoors in various weather

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Associate/Foot Courier

As a Delivery Associate/Foot Courier you’ll stay active, work independently, and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers Amazon packages to customers in your community.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Delivering Amazon packages on foot using a delivery cart.

Walking designated delivery routes and delivering 200 or more items per shift.

Handling packages ranging from small envelopes to boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Navigating sidewalks, apartment complexes, stairs, and other delivery locations.

Using a company-provided smartphone and delivery app to scan packages, follow routes, and communicate with dispatch.

Following customer delivery instructions and providing friendly, professional service.

Following all company safety procedures while working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Work 3-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day with shifts available seven days a week
• Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• Stay active delivering packages ranging from envelopes to boxes weighing up to 50lbs
