Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association – Orange County Chapter is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Purchase, NY. You will lead the world’s largest peer-to-peer fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support and research, building volunteer committees and engaging community and corporate leaders to drive revenue and participation.

You will recruit, coach and empower volunteers, set timelines, manage budgets and use data to optimize outcomes, traveling up to 60% within the territory and collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals or meeting sales targets.
• Ability to develop corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable community and corporate relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement fundraising best practices.
