Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution in Roseville, MN is seeking CDL A drivers for local, on-site routes. Four days per week, with a fifth day possible, featuring overnight dispatch from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., 10–15 stops daily, and 100% touch freight.

You’ll return home daily with no layovers. Training pays $27.45/hr; after training, earnings typically range from $95k–$130k annually, plus benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card.
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• 8+ months of delivery experience preferred.
• Must have touch freight experience.
• Ability to lift 5–75 lbs and work in multi‑temperature environments.
• Strong communication with dispatch and store teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate diesel tractor-trailer on local routes with no layovers.
• Handle packaged food products (Chicken, Beef, Pork).
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain DOT logs as required.
• Deliver 10–15 stops per day with high accuracy and care.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points.

In This Role, You’ll

• Operate a diesel‑powered tractor‑trailer on local routes – no layovers
• Must be able to handle packaged Chicken, Beef, or Pork products.
• MUST be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• 100% touch freight
• Drivers average 10-15 stops per day

• Schedule is four (4) days per week, with the possibility of a fifth (5th) day, 12-14 hours per day.

What You’ll Bring

• A valid Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card
• At least 1 year of tractor‐trailer driving and 8 months of delivery experience preferred
• MUST have touch freight experience
• Ability to lift 5–75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi‑temperature environments (coolers/freezers)
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations.

The Schedule & Setting

• OVERNIGHT DRIVINGand dispatch times are between 7:00 p.m.and 10:00 p.m., depending on your route.HOME DAILY, NO LAYOVERS!!
• MUST be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• All trailers are equipped with lift gates – no ramps
• Touch freight – with repetitive lifting of 5-75 lbs.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: During training, pay is$27.45/hr. After training, Drivers are paid under a component‑based structure that varies by client and route, with average annual earnings typically ranging from $95k– $130k.Pay may be based on set route pay or on mileage and the number of cases delivered.
• Routes pay: $1,700-$2,200 weekly (including component pay), depending on the route.
• Additional pay: holiday, sick/personal is paid hourly
• Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
