OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a Walk-and-Talk Video Creator to produce authentic multimodal training data. You will record short first-person videos in public locations, complete a task, and interact with an AI assistant via voice commands.

You should have clear spoken English, comfortable on camera, and a smartphone with good audio/video. This is a remote contractor role requiring ~20 hours/week over three months.

About this role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Walk-and-Talk Video Creator to produce authentic multimodal training data that helps AI systems understand and describe the world naturally. You will act as a local narrator, recording short first-person videos in interesting public locations while completing a defined task or mission and interacting with an AI assistant through voice commands. The work combines clear storytelling, real-world observation, responsible filming, and accurate location documentation.

What you will do

Record one to five minute walk-and-talk videos in real-world environments. Complete a single task or mission while pointing to or handling objects and giving short voice commands to an AI assistant. Capture smooth, steady footage with clear audio using a smartphone or suitable recording device. Select safe public locations where filming is legally permitted and follow privacy and safety practices. Structure each video with a clear introduction, middle section, and conclusion. Upload videos with the location name and address or coordinates. Follow creative guidelines and deliver completed work on schedule.

You need a smartphone or recording device capable of good-quality video and audio, reliable internet access for uploading submissions, and careful attention to recording, privacy, safety, and location requirements. Experience with vlogging, photography, tourism, performing arts, social video platforms, basic video editing, or framing can help you succeed. Critical thinking and sound judgment in public filming environments are valuable for this work.

Schedule and location

This is a remote contractor assignment requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week for three months. The work may require four hours of overlap with Pacific Time. Applicants must be based in the United States, excluding Texas, Illinois, California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Vermont.
