Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana is hiring a Lead Teacher for full-time year-round or part-time roles. You will provide direct care in a safe, enriching Waldorf-inspired environment for children.

Responsibilities include modeling appropriate behavior, guiding staff, maintaining routines, communicating with families, and planning curriculum. Requirements include experience in early childhood, CPR/First Aid, and a passion for Waldorf education.

Qualifications

• Experience in an early childhood program.
• CPR/First Aid certification or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Excellent communication with parents and children.

Responsibilities

• Model and teach developmentally appropriate behavior.
• Provide daily care to meet children’s needs.
• Follow day-to-day classroom schedules, routines, and activities.
• Guide Assistant Teachers in daily tasks.
• Lead Waldorf-inspired curriculum and schedule meetings with parents.
• Maintain a clean, organized space and prepare meals as needed.
