Job summary

Shining Mountain Waldorf School is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher Assistant in Boulder, Colorado. This role supports the Lead Teacher in facilitating a warm and engaging learning environment for young children, engaging in activities that promote development and growth.

The position is part-time, with hours from 8 AM to 1 PM, Monday through Friday, offering an hourly rate of $25.00. Applicants should have a strong background in Early Childhood Education and be committed to the philosophies of Waldorf Education.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Childhood Education and Waldorf methods preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to work with children and parents.
• Ability to maintain classroom cleanliness and order.
