Job summary

Generations is seeking waitstaff for Paradise Village in California to deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will help keep the Dining Room welcoming, clean, and orderly, while providing prompt, courteous service and adhering to safety standards.

We offer full-time or part-time positions from 10 am to 7 pm, with PTO, medical-dental-vision coverage for full-time staff, a 401k match, and opportunities for growth in a safe, engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or desired.
• Current Food Handler's Permit required.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.

At Paradise Village, the waitstaff are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. Waitstaff ensure the Dining Room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards, and providing a prompt and courteous meal service. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is desired
• 1 year of more of experience preferred
• Current Food Handler's Permit
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
