Generations LLC is seeking a Waitstaff/Server for Somerset Assisted Living in Gladstone, Oregon. You will deliver an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests while maintaining a welcoming and clean dining room and providing prompt, courteous service.

Part-time (20 hours/week), on-site position with CPR/First Aid certification; high school diploma or GED preferred; serving experience (especially in senior care) preferred; strong English communication required.

Description

Waitstaff/Server at Somerset Assisted Living is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. Waitstaff ensures the Dining Room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards and providing a prompt and courteous meal service. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is desired
• Serving experience is preferred; Serving experience in a senior care community is highly preferred

Schedule:

• Part-time, working 20 hours per week
• 4-hour shifts
