Job summary

Generations is seeking a part-time waitstaff to deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests in our senior living communities. You will help maintain a welcoming Dining Room, ensure cleanliness, and provide prompt, courteous meal service in line with our mission and values.

No prior experience is required, and a current Food Handler’s Permit along with CPR and First Aid certifications are recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is desired.
• No prior experience required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests.
• Keep the Dining Room welcoming and clean by adhering to cleanliness standards.
• Provide prompt and courteous meal service.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local standards for community operation.
• Incorporate Generations’ Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions.

Waitstaff are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. Waitstaff ensure the Dining Room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards and providing a prompt and courteous meal service. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Part-time, 20 hours per week, flexible schedule.
• Holiday availability is preferred

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is desired
