Job summary

Dilly Diner in downtown Tulsa is seeking servers to greet guests, take orders, and guide menu selections. You will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver great dining experiences, while keeping the dining area clean and efficient.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential, and ABLE alcohol training, food handler certification, and age compliance are required. Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving/hospitality preferred but not required.

About UsLocated in downtown Tulsa, Dilly Diner is Tulsa's favorite diner located in the heart of the Blue Dome district. Open late on the weekends. We serve breakfast all day!Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.Provide menus, take orders, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences.Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and wine pairings.Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared.Handle payments, provide accurate change, and process credit card transactions.Requirements:Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
