Red Light Chicken in Downtown Tulsa is hiring for a counter service position. You will greet guests, take orders, and assist with to-go orders while keeping the dining area clean and organized. Light administrative tasks and phone support are part of the role, with lifting requirements up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize the restaurant to open and maintain cleanliness.

• Fill ice and prep sauces (lift up to 40 lbs).
• Assist in answering phones and processing to-go orders.
• Ensure dining area is clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally and with a positive attitude.
• Assist with light administrative tasks and service flow.

About UsRed Light Chicken is located in the heart of Downtown Tulsa and serves up delectable fried chicken and southern comfort foods with some heat.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude as they arrive and thank them as they leave.Getting the restaurant stocked and organized to open, and ongoing cleaning and stocking.Taking orders.Filling ice (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs)Prepping sauces.Assist in answering phones and providing information about the menu and restaurant.Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.Assist in light administrative tasks, including taking to-go orders and helping with the flow of service.Requirements:Previous experience in a Counter Service or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection in food presentation.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.A positive, team-oriented attitude.Availability from 10am-3pm during weekdays.Food handler license from the Tulsa Health Department and liquor license.Benefits:Health insuranceFlexible schedulesEmployee discounts
