Job summary

Atria Senior Living invites applications for a Waitstaff role at our Seattle communities. You will help prepare, deliver, and clean up daily meals, take residents’ dining orders, and ensure exceptional service. A friendly team environment supports development and work-life balance.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided. We value clear communication, attentiveness to residents, and a commitment to sanitation and safe food handling.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written English skills are required.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
