Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking an entry-level Waitstaff to support dining services across our communities. You will help set and clear tables, take dining orders, and ensure excellent resident service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

As part of our team, you’ll review menus with residents, assist with meal preparation and service, and help maintain a clean dining environment. On-the-job training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within a supportive community-focused

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
