Job summary

Wesley Willows in Rockford, IL is seeking a part-time waitstaff to join our dining services in the evenings. The role focuses on serving meals professionally, setting up dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness for service areas and event spaces.

We offer competitive pay of $15.00–$17.00 per hour, flexible shifts 4:00pm–7:00pm with weekend and holiday availability, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 403(b) plan with employer match, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a food service setting (preferred).
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to provide prompt service.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve and distribute meals in a timely, professional manner.
• Set up dining areas and assist with routine cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, dining rooms, event spaces and storage areas.
• Return soiled service items and linens to appropriate areas and ensure utensils and supplies are ready for the next service.
• Support special functions as needed.
